All four pork shoulders look very similar, darker but we did hit it with pretty heavy smoke all night. Great bark. The taste for all 4 is wonderful, however I think my #barbecuebutterrub is the overall winner. A little heat a little sweet and a little more red color than the rest. Butter & Spice Co.
